Welcome needle felting friends!! Are you looking for fun and easy needle felting video tutorials that will help you master this fun craft? I love sharing all the magic I’ve found in needle felting and it’s my goal with each Felt Alive Video project to help you discover your own style of needle felting magic.
While my focus in most of the videos is on needle felted doll-making, you will be able to apply the skills you learn to create nearly anything you can imagine. Felt Alive creations have no wire armature for support, yet they stand on their own and flex and bend nearly like they are alive! Once you start learning from the videos, you’ll soon know what it means to ‘Felt Alive’!
Each needle felting video tutorial is filmed in real-time with no high-speed sequences that leave you guessing. As you felt along with each project, you will feel like you are needle felting with a friend. Along with many invaluable techniques, you will also learn about selecting wool, the use and care of felting needles and all kinds of tip and tricks for bring wool to life.
All of my videos projects are easy enough for a complete beginner with lots of advanced techniques that are sure to help more experienced needle felters. The videos are all free to enjoy and hardest part is deciding which workshop to start with.

hello, I am a beginner and I was wondering if you could provide more tutorial videos, such as ‘how to make a face’ and bodies.
making a face is the hardest thing ever. I don’t even know where to start. free or not, more tutorial videos in future would be amazing.

You will find hours of instruction for making faces throughout most of my videos. If you start simple with Pixies, then advance to Funny Faces you will be off to a great start. From there, Dolls is very comprehensive and finally, Fairy Dolls shows how to get has the most advanced lessons on needle felting faces. I hope his helps! ~Kay
