ORANGE 40 star Beginner DOUBLE Point Felting Needles

With a short, sturdy blade, this needle is perfect for beginner needle felters.  It is also wonderful if you needle felt over wire (or even rocks, sticks etc.) or if you are needle felting through fabric. If you tend to break needles while felting, THIS is the felting needle for you!  These double point felting needles are perfect for starting out your projects – they really speed things up.  Remember that if your double point becomes difficult to pierce into the wool, switch to your single point or switch to a finer gauge, such as our Blue Finisher.

This needle is great for all-purpose felting. It felts much like our trusty Yellow All-Purpose needles but the shorter blades makes them much sturdier. If you are going to show kids how to needle felt, this is the one I recommend they start with.
