US Customers 

USPS First Class Mail

International Customers

USPS First Class International

First Class service is offered to keep international shipping costs low – delivery times are unreliable (can take as long as 6-8 weeks.)  Tracking typically only confirms shipment and delivery – not point by point tracking. If you choose this option, patience may be required.

  • Delivery time varies by destination and can take as long as 6-8 weeks
  • International customers may be assessed duty & taxes by your local customs service.

USPS Priority Mail International

  • ESTIMATED Delivery in 6 to 10 business days from date of shipping
  • Reliable service for international delivery with USPS Tracking updates.
  • Delivery times for USPS Priority International are estimates only can vary by destination.
International recipients are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery.   Because these charges are at the discretion of your country’s tax regulations, they cannot be estimated prior to shipping and are not included in the delivery fee or purchase price. We cannot alter pricing on documents as the correct value must be provided and we cannot mark packages as gifts or samples. Refer to your local customs agency for additional information or to dispute any fees you feel are excessive.
For orders that are returned to us for refusal to pay additional fees, taxes or duties we will issue a refund less the original shipping charge plus a 5% handling fee upon receipt of merchandise.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. We will confirm shipment of your order via email. If you created an account during checkout, you can check on the status of your orders any time!
Wool is very lightweight but bulky to ship. To keep shipping costs low, we use lightweight poly mailers whenever possible and we squish your wool and supplies into them using sometimes four hands and even a knee! The beauty of wool is that it all fluffs right back up as soon as you let it out of the bag.
  • We manufacture our Felt Alive Needles here and ship them out from Felt Alive Wool Sculptures in Cave Junction, OR 97523
  • Felt Alive Felting Needles are made-to-order and ship approximately 2-3 days from date of order.
  • For order processing and delivery purposes, Saturday, Sunday, and national US holidays are not considered business days.
  • Shipping estimates are from date of shipping rather than the date of purchase.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

  • All delivery times are estimates only. US Parcels are not considered lost or delayed until 14 business days after the date of shipping.  International Parcels are considered lost after 8 weeks.
